Maureen Lyons Peterson

I graduated from U.B.C. in 1968 from the School of Home Economics. A year of teacher training came next. I worked for Vancouver School Board until 1975 when we moved to Bellevue, Wash. In 1970 I married (Juri) George Peterson. We met on ski trip during our university years. Our move to the states has been very good to us, we spent our winters skiing and our summers boating. I have worked off and on, we are still boating but not skiing. Two years ago we bought a place La Quinta Cal, so we are snow birds now, Of course our grandchildren are the centre of our lives, They spend lots of time with us. That is what keeps you young.
